Charles P. Pezzino, CPA
Partner, Tronconi Segarra & Associates LLP
An outstanding CPA with exceptional technical expertise, Chuck Pezzino provides the strategic direction and accounting expertise that the SingleSource Accounting team leverages for the benefit of their clients every day. A graduate of Messiah College in Pennsylvania, he exemplifies best accounting and auditing practices and has served global, national and local clients in manufacturing, technology and many other sectors during his nearly 30 year career. Honored as a Buffalo Business First 40 Under 40 member in 2014, Chuck left a successful 21-year career at KPMG LLP to become a partner at Tronconi Segarra & Associates LLP, the top three CPA firm that powers SingleSource Accounting. When he is not at the office, you can find Chuck on the golf course, probably after enjoying his morning coffee which he says he cannot live without. In fact, Chuck is the Board Vice President of First Tee of WNY, an organization that creates life-learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence and resilience through the game of golf for children and teens.
Margaret King, CPA
Managing Director
Margaret’s petite stature is a perfect example of, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” A graduate of Canisius College (now Canisius University), she is a true “heavyweight” when it comes to accounting knowledge, experience, professionalism, and assisting clients with even the most challenging accounting matters. It’s this experience that makes Margaret highly qualified for her role as Managing Director of SingleSource Accounting. Magaret’s accounting experience comes from working in both public accounting as well as in industry, holding high-level managerial positions throughout her career where she was responsible for preparing and analyzing periodic accounting reports and then presenting recommendations to executive teams and boards. She received many accolades for her accomplishments, including being among the first recipients of the Buffalo Business First’s 40 Under 40 award. Where else is Margaret considered a heavyweight? In the world of Tae Kwon Do, having achieved the level of Tae Kwon Do Master in just the past few years.

Natalie Scarcello, MBA
Managing Consultant
To say that Natalie has a broad business background would be an understatement. She has worked for companies in IT, telecom, manufacturing including cored wire products, chemicals and other industrial products, private equity companies, multi-national companies, not-for-profit entities, and now, SingleSource Accounting, a wholly owned division of Tronconi Segarra & Associates LLP, a leading CPA firm in Western New York. In many of her previous employment experiences, Natalie was promoted to Controller and Chief Financial Officer positions after proving her valuable skill set and accounting knowledge. Her degree in International Business (B.S., SUNY Geneseo) and her M.B.A. (St. Bonaventure University) have prepared her to be a strategic, resourceful and accomplished leader with a proven track record of identifying needs and providing client-customized solutions.
Jason Langendorfer, MBA
Managing Consultant
Jason joined SingleSource Accounting with significant experience gained from working for many years at a global entertainment/gaming/concessions company where he was promoted several times to positions of increasing responsibility. He has a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month end close processes, and treasury functions. Jason possesses very strong analytical skills interpreting and appraising operating results. In addition to helping clients fix problem bank account reconciliations, Jason’s current focus is on providing outsourced Controller level services. He has helped implement best practices where needed and ensure timely and accurate completion of periodic financial reporting for multiple clients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo and his M.B.A. from St. Bonaventure University. When not working, Jason is likely pursuing some type of outdoor activity or spending time as a hobbyist poultry farmer with his wife.
Joshua Thompson
Senior Consultant
Josh began his accounting career at Tronconi Segarra & Associates as an intern while attending the University at Buffalo where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Upon graduation, Josh became a full-time staff accountant with Tronconi Segarra & Associates and was promoted to Senior Consultant within two years based on his strong accounting, problem solving, computer and communication skills. As Josh also enjoys providing consulting services to clients, he was asked to be part of the Tronconi Segarra & Associates M&A Advisory Team, to which he readily agreed. Shortly thereafter, Josh became part of the SingleSource Accounting team where he continues to serve clients with both accounting and advisory services. When he’s not working, you might find Josh on a golf course enjoying a nice cigar.
Steven Hostinsky
Senior Consultant
After working as an accountant and financial analyst for a couple of Western New York’s largest and most well-known companies, Steven found his niche at SingleSource Accounting in 2022 where he is able to provide clients with the personal service and attention to detail they deserve. Steven is a graduate of the former Medaille University where he earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Accounting. While at Medaille, he played for the college’s baseball team, the Medaille Mavericks, an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference team competing as within NCAA Division III.
Eva Killian
Senior Consultant
Eva is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and brings a wealth of experience to SingleSource Accounting in a number of different ways. Previously, she was an entrepreneur, having created and operated two small businesses, so she understands the challenges businesses face day to day, including handling the accounting duties. She has significant experience working in the pharmacy business for large pharmacy chains working as a coordinator, technician and manager providing insight into how large companies operate. Prior to joining SingleSource Accounting, Eva worked as an accountant serving small businesses, and she served as the District Treasurer for the Lewiston Porter School District. She has a bachelor’s degree in Technical Management with a focus in accounting and is pursuing her Master of Science in Accounting. Last but by no means least, Eva is a bilingual accountant, fluent in speaking and writing both English and Spanish, which enables SingleSource Accounting to serve a wider range of clients.
Joe Wallace
Accounting Managing Consultant
Joe is the newest member of the SingleSource Accounting, but he brings significant accounting experience to the team as he is also a Supervising Senior Accountant with Tronconi Segarra & Associates. During his 10-year career with Tronconi Segarra & Associates, Joe has been responsible for a wide range of engagements, from providing bookkeeping services to clients, performing general and bankruptcy auditing services, and assisting with income tax preparation. Prior to joining Tronconi Segarra & Associates, Joe worked in banking and mortgage services. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University and his M.B.A. with a concentration in accounting from Niagara University. The SingleSource Accounting team is very happy to have Joe working with them to best serve their growing client base.
