Michael B. Dolan, CPA
Partner, Tronconi Segarra & Associates
An outstanding CPA with exceptional people skills, Mike Dolan provides the strategic direction and leadership expertise that the SingleSource Accounting team leverages for the benefit of their clients every day. A graduate of Ithaca College, Mike is also the Practice Area Leader for the Tronconi Segarra & Associates’ Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice area. Mike has gained significant experience providing high quality accounting and tax services to businesses and individuals for over 30 years. His areas of expertise include tax consulting and compliance, multi-employer and single-employer Taft-Hartley fund services, franchise and small business accounting and tax services, corporate tax planning, tax matters related to acquisitions and divestitures, multi-state tax matters, business valuations and personal financial planning. When he is not at the office, you can find Mike cheering on the Buffalo Bills or on the golf course. Mike is a member of the Board of Directors of the Amherst Drug Court & Therapeutic Foundation, and Board President of the Amherst Gaelic League. For many years, Mike served on the Board of Directors, including as Board President, of the YMCA Buffalo Niagara.
Margaret King, CPA
Managing Director
Margaret’s petite stature is a perfect example of, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” A graduate of Canisius College (now Canisius University), she is a true “heavyweight” when it comes to accounting knowledge, experience, professionalism, and assisting clients with even the most challenging accounting matters. It’s this experience that makes Margaret highly qualified for her role as Managing Director of SingleSource Accounting. Magaret’s accounting experience comes from working in both public accounting as well as in industry, holding high-level managerial positions throughout her career where she was responsible for preparing and analyzing periodic accounting reports and then presenting recommendations to executive teams and boards. She received many accolades for her accomplishments, including being among the first recipients of the Buffalo Business First’s 40 Under 40 award. Where else is Margaret considered a heavyweight? In the world of Tae Kwon Do, having achieved the level of Tae Kwon Do Master in just the past few years.

Natalie Scarcello, MBA
Managing Consultant
To say that Natalie has a broad business background would be an understatement. She has worked for companies in IT, telecom, manufacturing including cored wire products, chemicals and other industrial products, private equity companies, multi-national companies, not-for-profit entities, and now, SingleSource Accounting. In many of her previous employment experiences, Natalie was promoted to Controller and Chief Financial Officer positions after proving her valuable skill set and accounting knowledge. Her degree in International Business (B.S., SUNY Geneseo) and her M.B.A. (St. Bonaventure University) have prepared her to be a strategic, resourceful and accomplished leader with a proven track record of identifying needs and providing client-customized solutions.
Jason Langendorfer, MBA
Managing Consultant
Jason joined SingleSource Accounting with significant experience gained from working for many years at a global entertainment/gaming/concessions company where he was promoted several times to positions of increasing responsibility. He has a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month end close processes, and treasury functions. Jason possesses very strong analytical skills interpreting and appraising operating results. In addition to helping clients fix problem bank account reconciliations, Jason’s current focus is on providing outsourced Controller level services. He has helped implement best practices where needed and ensure timely and accurate completion of periodic financial reporting for multiple clients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo and his M.B.A. from St. Bonaventure University. When not working, Jason is likely pursuing some type of outdoor activity or spending time as a hobbyist poultry farmer with his wife.
Steven Hostinsky
Managing Consultant
After working as an accountant and financial analyst for a couple of Western New York’s largest and most well-known companies, Steven found his niche at SingleSource Accounting in 2022 where he is able to provide clients with the personal service and attention to detail they deserve. Steven is a graduate of the former Medaille University where he earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Accounting. While at Medaille, he played for the college’s baseball team, the Medaille Mavericks, an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference team competing as within NCAA Division III.
Joe Wallace, MBA
Staff Consultant
Joe is the newest member of the SingleSource Accounting team, but he brings significant accounting experience to the group as he also acts as Supervising Senior Accountant within the Tronconi Segarra & Associates family of firms. During his 10-year career, Joe has been responsible for a wide range of engagements, from providing bookkeeping services to clients, performing general and bankruptcy auditing services, and assisting with income tax preparation. Prior to joining Tronconi Segarra & Associates, Joe worked in banking and mortgage services. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University and his MBA with a concentration in accounting from Niagara University. The SingleSource Accounting team is very happy to have Joe working with them to best serve their growing client base.
